CIRCULOUS currently ships to customers located in the United States.

Processing time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days (standard shipping).
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.

Peak seasons and holidays

During busy periods (including Black Friday and Christmas), production and carrier delivery times may take longer than usual. We recommend ordering early if you need your item by a specific date.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
