At CIRCULOUS, each t-shirt is made to order (print-on-demand). This helps reduce waste and allows us to produce your item specifically for you.
Returns & exchanges
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Choosing the wrong color
• Changing your mind after purchase
A Size Guide is available on every product page (right above the Add to cart button) to help you choose the best fit before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing/manufacturing issue, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery

• Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue
After review, we will offer a replacement (reprint) or a refund, depending on the situation.
If a return is required, we’ll provide return instructions. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we’ll cover return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
Typical timelines:
• Review/processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive the required details/photos
• Bank processing time: 3–10 business days to appear on your statement (varies by provider)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is issued due to our error.
Order changes & cancellations
Because orders move into production quickly, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If you need to update something, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.
